Monday on the Wolf River  from Chico's  to the Rat River we had a great morning of fishing. With four people in the boat we caught 24 walleyes and kept 20 from 14 to 19 inches long.  We were vertical jigging a drifting with 1/4 oz. jigs and shiners also we caught 7 keepers on Gulp minnows emerald shiner color 3". The water Temp. was 44 degrees with some current but not alot.  Fish came in 16 to 23 feet of water.  You still have have time to book a trip this fall, I will be in the boat for a couple of weeks be for ice up.
