Warming Weather

With warming weather the white bass have become more aggressive in the Winneconne and Oshkosh area. Streamer flies have been bring in good catches.  The colors that are working best are any thing with white (red white)(blue white) ect. and using a 2oz. sinker with still lots of current. The size is above average with most 13 to 15.5 inches long.  The walleye bite on the wolf river still remains very strong in the Orihula and Fremont  area drifting and jigging being the best presentation using night crawlers , minnows and 3/8oz. jigs. The water in the wolf river is dropping slowly but the no-wake is still in affect on the river. With a great start to the season already this with be a year one will not want to miss!!  Ryan
